Exosen Nasal Spray
Our intranasal spray will deliver regenerative exosomes directly to the brain, bypassing the blood-brain barrier to activate powerful neurogenesis and repair pathways - safely and non-invasively.
Neurogenesis
Our researchers have published work [1] demonstrating the effects of polarized cell infusion on cognition in old mice (top). We also have unpublished findings showing that exosomes from these polarized cells, delivered intranasally, markedly enhance neurogenesis (bottom), neural stem cell proliferation, and reverse age-related cognitive decline compared to naïve controls. This body of work is the scientific onramp to Exosen [2].

Life Extension
Multiple studies have shown that young-derived exosomes can extend lifespan, including work on hypothalamic stem cell–derived miRNAs [1] (top), plasma vesicles that restore mitochondrial metabolism [2] (bottom), eNAMPT-containing vesicles that delay aging in mice [3], and vesicles that rejuvenate aged rats and human senescent cells [4]. Exosen will test whether intranasal delivery of our engineered exosomes can produce similar effects. By targeting the brain - the central regulator of aging - we aim to trigger both direct neuroregeneration and systemic rejuvenation.
Clinic Network
Stem cell clinics are a global schelling point. We partner with vetted clinics in special jurisdictions that support medical innovation through flexible regulatory frameworks. These regions enable early access to cutting therapies, real world data collection, and streamlined clinical trial approvals without compromising safety. By operating with these forward thinking zones, we significantly reduce time to treatment while maintaining rigorous oversight.
